Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2003 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call

(NASDAQ:ARNA) announced today that it will release its third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2003, after the NASDAQ National Market closes on Wednesday, October 22, 2003, and will host both a telephone and Internet third quarter conference call that day at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. San Diego Time).
